Our Favorite Mom Influencers Who Are Honest (and Helpful!) About Breastfeeding

As a new mom, figuring out breastfeeding is challenging, to say the least. Here, who to follow on Instagram while you’re nursing for helpful tips and candid stories.

Navigating the world of breastfeeding can be challenging during the postpartum period. You’ll feel a mix of emotions—from love and bonding with your newborn to frustration and doubt. Every mother’s experience with breastfeeding is different. Your personal circumstances, community and cultural influences and what your baby’s needs are unique.

Through this journey, having access to reliable advice, support and words of encouragement can make all the difference. Thankfully, there are many influences who offer plenty of advice, encouragement and support for all mothers, whether you choose breastfeeding, pumping,  supplementing with formula or a mix of all of the above.

They fearlessly share their own stories and lessons they’ve learned on their own journeys. Remember, you’re not alone in this. There’s no one-size-fits-all answer to this topic and what matters most is that you feel comfortable and confident in your choices for yourself and your baby.

You have an entire community of women who have been in your shoes, sharing their experiences online, so you can feel supported and heard.
