Nell Shapiro

Nell Shapiro is the creator and co-founder of Kibou, the very first fanny pack diaper bag with built-in functionality specific to parent and babies. Before her entrepreneurial journey began, Nell was a middle school English teacher with a passion for writing and writing instruction. Fifteen years into her career in education, Nell had her first son Theo, and the idea for Kibou was born. Nine years, two kids, and one puppy later, you can find Nell enjoying life in the country–spending as much time as possible outdoors, with friends and family.
